With over 15 years of working with vulnerable groups and advocating for minorities, Cecilia is passionate about a world where every human being will be treated fairly on the basis of being human. With a diverse education background from Philosophy and Theology to Human security and Law.
Cecilia brings a wealth of experience in working with diverse people and organizations in Africa, Europe and North America. As a certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker she has travelled to many countries and transformed many lives.

Dumi Senda, widely known as Coach Dumi, is an Oxford educated global ED&I expert with an extensive record of designing and delivering high-impact programs at top firms and organisations such as the UN, Houses of Commons, Commonwealth Office, Bank of England, Google, Goldman Sachs, Baker McKenzie, Morgan Stanley, and DWP, among others.
He is internationally renowned for inspiring individuals and groups from underserved backgrounds to aspire for greater career and life outcomes by drawing on his story of going from a life of menial labor with no prospects to global leader.

Blessed actively seeks to help others achieve their full potential. As Career Advisor and Strategist with a wealth of financial industry experience, she delivers action-oriented strategies required for immediate impact.
Blessed also holds a leadership role with Wells Fargo Enterprise Finance. She helped set up the Diversity and Inclusion program for the Finance Group.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Blessed held management roles at Ally and Scottish Re. She has an MBA from Florida International University with CPA and CTP certifications.

Bigson’s philosophy is that while problems are part of life and at the centre of our lives at work, home or communities, they need to be confronted head on, and solved. It is this philosophical understanding and world view that has shaped his professional career and work experience. Bigson’s life journey and footprints is evidenced by his Social Entrepreneurial, Human rights activism, Humanitarian management, Offender management, Youth work and child protection.
Bigson is an inspirational guest speaker, acknowledged at NZIE (New Zealand Institute of Education) - Marketing for not-for-profits and regarded as a motivational guest speaker at The University of Auckland - Post Graduate on Community Leadership. He is the founder and Managing Trustee of No Bullying Initiative Trust, a Conference Director with the New Zealand Bullying Prevention – Stakeholder Engagement Group, a Board member of Chefs for Compassion and Registered Social Worker with the New Zealand Social Registration Board. Bigson is also part of the Leadership and Wellbeing Project at the University of Auckland.
